ABOUT OUR TEAM

The Talent Acquisition Strategies & Solutions team is dedicated to enabling the organization to hire top talent by thinking big, broad and boldly about Talent Acquisition, resulting in keeping us ahead of the curve for all things TA. We provide strategic advice and solution architecture at a macro-level to stakeholders and partners around the globe, design/develop/implement innovative TA strategies, and continually identify both best practices and emerging TA trends that may influence our strategic advice and solution architecture.

ABOUT THE ROLE

This is a great opportunity for someone with a recruiting background and a love of talent acquisition strategy to help design, enhance, and launch significant recruiting programs within our organization. That means you’ll be using your knowledge and experiences from being in the trenches to help continue to improve our approach to TA whether it’s a process, program, or technology. You can expect to collaborate on and direct multiple projects at once – for some, you’ll play a primary role in flawlessly managing the deployment of strategies and solutions developed by our team, and for others, you’ll play a support role with ownership over smaller work-streams within a larger project.

• Some of the solutions our team may develop will be programmatic in nature – including HQ intern programs, referral programs, learning design, alumni programs, on-demand staffing, and DEI initiatives as examples – where we’ll establish a program or significantly evolve an existing program. Some solutions may be a tool or a technology, others may be helping to evolve sourcing strategies to supercharge the recruiting efforts for specific business units, be it geographic, for a brand, job family or an experience level.
• For each project where you play a primary role, responsibilities will typically include strategy development and alignment which will require you to immerse yourself in the issue including understanding the internal landscape and stakeholder perspectives. You’ll then ideate and work to design and develop a solution or strategy, to include organizing and guiding cross-functional/matrix teams including external vendors. Project management responsibilities can include plan development, budget management, project communications, socialization with stakeholders, monitoring success, and course correcting when needed.
• To achieve success, you’ll need to develop meaningful partnerships within our COE and across the business including communications, change management, learning + development, and our discipline HR business partners.

In addition to strategy and solution development, you will also have responsibility for ensuring that we as a team continually drive innovation in TA through the identification and evaluation of both best practices and emerging trends in TA and technology.

OUR EDUCATION + EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field required,MBA degree in related field a plus
• Seven or more years’ experience that includes full lifecycle recruitingor sourcing. It’s a plus if you’ve done internal or external consulting or have planned and coordinated small to mid-sized projects.
• Strong knowledge of talent acquisition processes, applicant tracking systems and overall talent management practices. Stays current with HR and business trends and best practices.
• Demonstrated leadership and relationship building/management skills and experience.
