The Talent Acquisition Strategies & Solutions team is dedicated to enabling the organization to hire top talent by thinking big, broad and boldly about Talent Acquisition, resulting in keeping us ahead of the curve for all things TA. We provide strategic advice and solution architecture at a macro-level to stakeholders and partners around the globe, design/develop/implement innovative TA strategies, and continually identify both best practices and emerging TA trends that may influence our strategic advice and solution architecture.
ABOUT THE ROLE
This is a great opportunity for someone with a recruiting background and a love of talent acquisition strategy to help design, enhance, and launch significant recruiting programs within our organization. That means you’ll be using your knowledge and experiences from being in the trenches to help continue to improve our approach to TA whether it’s a process, program, or technology. You can expect to collaborate on and direct multiple projects at once – for some, you’ll play a primary role in flawlessly managing the deployment of strategies and solutions developed by our team, and for others, you’ll play a support role with ownership over smaller work-streams within a larger project.
In addition to strategy and solution development, you will also have responsibility for ensuring that we as a team continually drive innovation in TA through the identification and evaluation of both best practices and emerging trends in TA and technology.
