Overview
The Wholesale Logistics Analyst’s primary role will be responsible for administering thelogistics of moving product to and through the Wholesale 3PL. This role is instrumental in providing support for all shipment needs inbound and outbound for the Distribution Centers (DC), including
vendor to DC and the 3PL operation. This position would support the Manager of Logistics, including the daily management of inbound wholesale shipments and those resulting in exceptions. The position will assist in developing KPI’s and SLA’s for inbound and throughput of 1 or more 3PL’s to ensure on-time performance is measured and in line with customer expectations. The Wholesale Logistics Analyst will route and coordinate pickups according to In-DC dates.
Responsibilities
Core Accountabilities:
Maintain rate analysis models and provide administration support for the evaluation and
negotiation of global service level agreements with Logistics Service Providers.
Develop monthly reports, including performance metrics and transportation analysis; provide
data analysis for a variety of ongoing and special projects; and assist in the process of bringing
visibility of product within the supply chain.
Monitor SLA’s with service providers, including 3PL’s, and track this performance accordingly.
Route and/or coordinate all domestic vendor shipments to 3PL and DC’s
Route and/or coordinate all 3PL shipments to end customers
Interact with vendor portals to ensure appropriate information is entered and provide
recommendations on how automation may eliminate manual keying into such portals.
Oversee daily carrier and 3PL operations with a focus on higher service levels and long-term
process improvements
Identify problems through analysis, create sustainable solutions, and influence key decision
makers on Supply Chain strategies
Interact with cross functional teams to include product development, planning and merchants
on product availability.
Provide Ad hoc reporting and analysis as required.
Gather and report data for transportation spend savings and service levels
Performs other related duties as assigned
Qualifications
Education/Experience Required:
Bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain management, or operations management or
equivalent
2-4 years of experience in supply chain management and logistics
Very strong analytical skills, with the ability to validate, manipulate, and manage data, and
conduct analyses on mode, frequency, cube utilization, weight, volume, cost, etc.
Project management skills
Knowledge of transportation management systems
Invoice auditing and reconciliation a plus
Proven problem-solving skills with ability to identify, analyze and resolve serious issues
Proven planning and organization skills; ability to handle multiple priorities
Strong oral and written communication skills

reach with hands and arms.
The associate must frequently lift and/or move up to 15 pounds and occasionally lift and/or
move up to 35 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance
vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
Ability to work in open environment with fluctuating temperatures and standard lighting.
Ability to work on computer and mobile phone for multiple hours; with frequent interruptions.
Required to travel in elevator or stairwells to attend meetings and engage with associates on
multiple floors throughout building.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work:
This is a full-time position. As a National Retailer, occasional evening and/or weekend work may be
required during periods of high volume. This role operates in a professional office environment and
routinely uses standard office equipment.
