THE ROLE
This position will mature our STEM engagement program that aligns with our engineering talent pipeline strategy. Our STEM engagement spans from Kindergarten to University and provides engagement that spans from overall awareness to student project and internships to full-time hires. Understanding the level of effort for each engagement is important for us to make the biggest impact with our time and resources.
