Job Summary
This position is responsible for leading and executing business and market development and engagement strategies to expand member use of OMA products and services. Identifying opportunities to create greater value for members and package content aligned to individual member needs and defined segments of membership.
You will oversee the design, building packages (aka “bundles”) of OMA products and services that support the needs of members, identifying opportunities to create value for members and leverage products developed by OMA and its subsidiaries. Developing and overseeing the “go-to-market” strategy for the bundles. Maintaining a robust understanding of member needs and stakeholders to identify potential synergies and opportunities to create and promote bundles.
You will chair the marketing cross-functional council of product owners and marketing communications, working cross-departmentally with OMA staff and OMA subsidiaries to deliver a consistent member experience.
You will play a key role in the integration of products developed across the OMA and its subsidiaries, with direct oversight of knowledge translation functions with member-driven focus to enable greater value and alignment to member needs.
