Our business is not just delivering creative multi-service solutions but building dynamic teams that function as an extension of our client’s healthcare facility. Our Operational services include Concierge, Valet, Shuttle, Patient Sitters, CNAs, Environmental Services, and Site Managers.
Position Overview:
As the Talent Acquisition Specialist, you are responsible for owning and ensuring the accuracy of all aspects of the Sourcing and Recruiting processes; this role partners directly with the Human Resources Specialist to ensure that all processes and procedures are being maintained and executed appropriately.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Proactively guide candidates throughout the entire hiring process, from prospecting to screening, interviewing through the offer stage, all the way to onboarding while providing an outstanding candidate experience.
Coordinates multiple schedules and manages interview meet-ups in different time zones.
Work closely with the HR Specialist to create a seamless onboarding experience.
Design and maintain sourcing, applicant tracking, screening, and interviewing processes within our HRIS (Paycom experience a plus).
Create and manage pipelines of candidates for different open requisitions across the US, responding to all applicants and candidates in a timely manner.
Willingness to travel to different sites within the US when necessary to attend local recruiting events and activities. (~20% travel)
Demonstrate a passion for creating a diverse workforce, including introducing Onsight Healthcare to new sourcing techniques and partnering with external groups to attend or host hiring events.
Assists with New Hire Orientations to support the overall mission of employee recruitment.
Assists the Director of Operations as needed to accomplish Department and Company goals.
Become an expert in the areas you are recruiting for and a trusted partner of the hiring managers you support.
Be able to identify, own, and drive processes independently, including looking for areas of opportunity to make improvements and successful changes.
Additional duties may be required.
Specific Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources with a specialization in Talent Acquisition or related field and 3-5 years of full cycle recruiting experience in a high growth environment required; (PHR, SPHR certification or equivalent are a plus).
Highly computer literate with capability in Outlook, MS Office Suite and HR related business and communication tools.
Superior verbal and written communication skills and the ability to effectively present information at multiple levels is required.
Ability to engage and communicate professionally and effectively with all site management teams, cross functional teams, and Senior Leadership.
Self-starter with outstanding organizational skills and the confidence to move on open requisitions with a sense of urgency.
Creative and innovative mindset, well-informed on current and emerging strategies and tools to proactively identify and target qualified talent.
Thrives in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment and has the ability to stay organized.
Experience recruiting in a high-volume environment is desirable.
