Job Summary and Responsibilities:
OneTen is dedicated to creating one million family-sustaining careers for Black talent in America without four-year college degrees by the end of the decade. To achieve this, we challenge conventional hiring practices and work with leading employers, talent developers, and academic institutions. As a Research Associate, you will join our research and data team to package and share best practices, strategic opportunities, breakthroughs, and compelling statistics. You will create research and data-driven content for our teams, partners, and the public, supporting our research and thought leadership efforts focusing on labor market trends, the impact of hiring practices on business outcomes, and opportunities for Black talent. This is an individual contributor role.
