Responsibilities
Job Description
This position will play a key role in NIQ China PTO as the leader for the digitalization related
operation team and working closely with our product team, data science team, tech team and offline
operation team in an agile way.
Drive the digital transformation, lead the execution and enhancement for China eCom/O2O processing
platform.
Ability to work in a rapidly changing business environment and under high stress;
Strong feasibility assessment skills of the product design and product upgrade with lead time/schedule
and costings;
Strong crisis management skill, lead the team to take immediate actions for critical issues or
emergencies with good communication with both operation teams and key stakeholders to mitigate
the business impact.
Ability to quickly conduct data investigation with conclusion and communicate with relevant parties;
Set up on-going KPI for eCom/O2O platform, e.g. system error, production defect, efficiency and ops
usages; lead the operation team to deliver data product on time with high quality;
Work with tech team to develop and refine various data process flows based on established priorities;
Strong ability to translate technical constraints / trade-offs to people within non-technical roles.
Coaches and mentors members of the team;
Qualifications
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor degree or above in computer science, statistics, business analytics, mathematics,
econometrics, or relevant education with training on data and analytics.
10+ years of experience in data analytics field with super designing sense and an excellent data
storyteller;
5+ years of hands-on experience in data analytics and processing for retail/FMCG industry, specialized
in eCommerce platform, online transaction etc.;
3+ years of experience in leading data teams more than 20 people to delivery data analytics
product/project;
Deep understanding in at least 2 of the following data knowledges domains: data warehouse design,
data analysis, machine learning, data product design and data application development;
Expert at developing reports & dashboard and PowerPoint presentations, capable of presenting in
front of both technical and non-technical audience;
Excellent planning, analytical, organization and problem-solving skills;
Strong logical thinking capability and business sense;
Experience of working with business team and in a multi-national company is preferred;
Advanced in oral and written communication in English is a plus to effectively collaborate with senior
stakeholders and international collaborators.
Proficient in English and Chinese in both oral and written.
