NY Health is excited to expand our medical services to include the Center for Urology, The Nephrology Center and The Department of Physical Therapy. With multiple locations spanning from the Bronx and Queens to Suffolk County, our health care experts are available and prepared to put your health first.

In this role, you will:

• Take medical histories.
• Accompany physician into the patient examination room in order to transcribe a history and physical exam
• List all proper diagnoses and symptoms as well as follow up instructions and prescriptions as dictated by the physician.
• Transcribe patient orders including laboratory tests, radiology tests, medications, etc.
• Document any procedures performed by the physician.
• Enter information into EMR systems.

We require:

• New York as a Licensed Practical Nurse Preferred.
• At least 1 year of working in a medical facility.
• Outstanding computer knowledge.
• Superb writing and vocabulary skills
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Bilingual, English/Spanish a plus.

Salary up to $35 per hour.
