- Seeking an experienced RN for this 30-bed adult unit, caring for primarily complex thoracic, laryngeal and vascular surgery patients.
- Surgeries include thoracic, esophageal, pulmonary, laryngeal, tracheal resections and reconstruction and diverse vascular surgeries including amputations, aortic grafting and interventional procedures. These patients require postoperative management which may include chest tubes, tracheal tubes which require airway management, pain management via Epidural or IV catheters, and telemetry monitoring.
Qualifications
BSN is strongly preferred. Must have current licensure as a registered nurse in Massachusetts. Must be committed to working as part of a patient care service team, devoted to strong patient care, staff development and a diverse workforce.
36 d/n rotation including weekends and holidays required.
Minimum of one-year licensed RN experience required.
