MultiplyMii Looking for Social Media and Community Manager at United States Full Time

MultiplyMii is in search of a Social Media & Community Manager who will be working with our client based in the USA. Our client is a growing Digital Community that manages accounts across the globe, with a focus on Social Media, SEO, Advertising, and Remarketing.

The ideal candidate should be able to develop engaging content, act as the face and voice of the company’s brand and manage all community communications. You should be a ‘people person’ with great customer service skills and the ability to moderate online and offline conversations with the client’s community.

Excellent at working with Social Media Specialists, micro-influencers, members, Marketing, and other divisions to coordinate Discord community postings as appropriate across the organization’s other digital channels. Contributes to related communication vehicles and ensures the integration of community for promotion and awareness building and recommends and implements new community features as appropriate.

Beyond your experience, we are also looking for someone who is professional and possesses impeccable English language communication skills in both written and verbal.

This role is 100% work from home.

In This Role, You Will

• Creating Content Strategy and Calendar
• Coordinating Posts
• Fully manage Discord community, to repurpose strategies into LinkedIn, Twitter, and Instagram
• Working with Teams
• Sourcing UGC from Existing Community
• Understanding Customer Journeys and Funnels
• Customer Service and Community Management
• Develop and execute influencer marketing strategies and creative campaigns
• Brainstorm new, creative approaches to Discord community campaigns and engagement
• Identify and build relationships with prominent influencers, partners, and micro-influencers and build relationships in the community
• Creating content direction as part of the strategy
• Offer high-quality online content that educates, entertains, or encourages the audience, allowing them to engage
• Target high engagement rate by building focused content, reliability, and community management
• Influencer management and affiliate partnerships if there is a potential
• Schedule/Post Social Media content (Discord, Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, Tiktok, etc.)
• Comment, engage, and reply to existing followers/customers and new accounts.
• Work with the Team to plan, develop, and implement social media growth strategies.
• Research relevant industry experts, competitors, target audiences, and users
• Driving engagement and building growth strategies
• Research, plan, and define platform to facilitate the community while building strategy and scopes of community management’s recurring execution
• Create/collect content from the community for marketing purposes for the brand.
• Organize and manage events to boost brand awareness
• Build relationships with customers, micro-influencers, and industry professionals in social media
• Stay up-to-date with digital technology and social media trends
• Promotion of Engagement Groups

About You

Core qualifications:

• Proven 3+ years of work experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role
• Strong experience in Adobe Creative Suite – specifically Adobe Illustrator.
• Experience with any video editing platforms like Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or any similar
• Experience planning and leading community initiatives
• Ability to identify and track relevant community KPIs
• Excellent interpersonal and presentations skills
• Excellent oral and written communication
• Hands-on experience with Social Media and Content management
• Attention to detail, critical thinker, and problem-solver
• Able to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment
• Detail-oriented and processes work quickly and accurately
