The Growth Marketing VP will drive business growth behind the marketing activation initiatives. Informed by the growth strategy lever, via acquisition or strengthening MSCI loyalty via retention, it will be responsible for mapping the customer journey and identifying the channel mix to move leads along the nurture journey and deliver business results. Analytical skills will be required to understand our client behavior and design the right channel mix across owned, earned, and paid media. The channel mix will highly depend on leveraging owned media like the MSCI website, social media handles, and MSCI ONE, our client-facing platform where our clients will access all our products and data over time. Within this platform, there is a great opportunity to drive cross-sell and upsell across our different product lines. This position plays a leadership role in driving growth for MSCI across lines of business, and by achieving this, moving the marketing function from a support to a growth catalyst in the organization.
The ideal candidate will be a growth marketing expert with proven experience in standing up a B2B growth marketing function delivering results and building credibility across the organization. Having an entrepreneurial spirit and appetite to reapply the expertise in a high-growth environment will be vital in being successful in the role.
Reporting to the Digital Marketing Head, who reports into the Chief Marketing Officer, this individual will be joining an organization that is growing at an extraordinary pace driven by product innovation and expansion of client use cases. The marketing and communications organization is a key player in driving the company ambitious growth plans and as such plays a key role in the company strategy definition and implementation. He / she will partner with the Product Marketing leaders and Brand & content team based across New York, London and Hong Kong.
