The Recruiting Project Coordinator works under a Project Manager’s direction and helps ensure projects are completed on time and within budget. Project Coordinators are responsible for coordinating multiple aspects of a project in a fast-paced work environment and communicating updates, challenges, and risks to the team.
About 90% remote, will require some days to be onsite in Norcross, Georgia.
•Assists Project Manager with the adherence and documentation of project plans, project schedules, Processes and procedures, work hours, budgets, and expenditures.
•Act as a liaison and/or interface to different business units and/or clients.
•Able to multi-task and prioritize work.
•Create a project management calendar for fulfilling each goal and objective.
•Document financials for each project.
•Organize, record, attend and participate in stakeholder meetings.
•Create and update detailed meeting minutes and issues log as needed.
•Document and follow up on important actions and decisions from meetings.
•Sources and manages techs where needed for each project.
•Prepare necessary presentation materials for meetings.
•Determining project changes.
•Ensure projects adhere to frameworks and all documentation is maintained appropriately for each project.
•Assess project risks and issues and provide solutions where applicable.
•Ensure stakeholder views are managed towards the best solution.
•May be required to perform other operational and administrative tasks as needed.
•May be required to work early mornings, evenings and weekends.
•Travel may be required.
