The Team – Technology Advisory
Work with a team of deeply skilled professionals who deliver transformational technology services and outcomes to Government Contracting Organizations, Private Equity, and Portfolio Companies.
You Are
As an M&A expert with specialized knowledge in government contracting, you will play a pivotal role in advising Government Contracting Organizations, Private Equity and Portfolio Companies throughout the M&A lifecycle. Your expertise will be essential in performing IT Due Diligence on potential acquisition targets, performing Day 1 planning, building M&A playbooks, defining and executing various absorption strategies. Your expertise will be essential for identifying opportunities, evaluating risks, and ensuring successful mergers & acquisitions.
As a team builder and problem solver, you are someone who knows how to lead and deliver, driven by seamless project execution. You’re not only concerned with the success of the project, but you’re building positive relationships with clients along the way. You’re leading their expectations and ensuring the standard of work is in line with promises made. There are a lot of moving pieces, but you’ve got the work ethic to stay on top of it all.
You stay updated on new products, technologies, and industry trends. You know how to use technology and applications to creatively design, prototype, and implement solutions for your client’s unique challenges. You know that collaboration is key, so you look for ways to share and source best practices. If there’s a new way to do something that improves outcomes for clients, you’ll find it.
