Responsibilities:
Self-Generating Sales Activities: Proactively identify and pursue sales opportunities through self-generated activities, such as networking, canvassing, and attending community events. Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of potential customers.
Consultative Selling: Understand homeowners’ needs and aspirations. Provide expert advice on our exterior remodeling services, including roofing, siding, windows, and more. Tailor solutions to meet each customer’s unique requirements.
Quota Achievement: Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas. Consistently strive to maximize your earning potential through commission-based compensation.
Prescheduled Leads: Successfully convert pre-scheduled leads into satisfied customers. Utilize your excellent communication and presentation skills to demonstrate the value of our exterior remodeling services.
Qualifications:
Proven sales experience, preferably in the home improvement or remodeling industry.
Self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed and the ability to work independently.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
A drive to meet and exceed sales targets.
Adept at building and maintaining customer relationships.
Technical aptitude to understand and explain exterior remodeling products and services.
Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
Willingness to work evenings and Saturdays as needed.
