About The Position
The Associate, Business & Program Development supports the Programmatic Fundraising Team strategy by enabling effective donor stewardship through excellent coordination and logistics management across the portfolio. This position works closely with Business & Program Development and the programmatic colleagues across the Pillars of the Milken Institute (Health, Finance, and Philanthropy) to support effective stewardship of funders to expand the network, reach, resources, and social impact. Additional opportunities to support other program areas are also available.
The Associate is primarily responsible for assisting with supporter outreach and communications, event planning (includes logistics, programming, stakeholder engagement) for the Institute’s platform of events, and the execution of bespoke, impact-driven event deliverables.
This entry-level position will also provide support for pipeline management, deliverable tracking, and project management support. Individuals with a passion for and experience in fundraising, partnerships, events planning and coordination, and project management are encouraged to apply.

Working Conditions & Travel Requirements
This position will work in a professional office environment. This person will also be required to travel occasionally to other offices and/or venues to assist with events as needed, requiring occasional work outside of traditional hours. International along with domestic travel is possible.

This position will be working a hybrid model, where you will be expected to report to your respective office location 3-days per week (Tuesday – Thursday) , this is subject to change.
