Your Job:
In this highly visible, fast-paced, and challenging position, you’ll collaborate with multidisciplinary team member to provide the very best care for our patients. The Talent Sourcer is responsible for the sourcing of candidates for assigned openings. Responsibilities include tracking open positions and identifying potential candidates through various forms of recruitment, screening resumes, conducting phone screens with potential candidates, communicating with HR colleagues and hiring managers throughout the search process.
