Job Summary:
The Recruiter is responsible for driving internal talent acquisition strategies through utilizing best practice initiatives and tactics to source, identify, attract, and hire talent into the organization under the direction of the Recruiting Manager. This critical talent recruitment role requires an individual to understand the business structure and will recruit for all departments in the organization, which include: Wealth Management, Sales, Family Wealth Services, Investment Operations, IT, and other mid to back-office career opportunities. This role requires a high level of flexibility, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize and plan work well for execution.

Work Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00AM – 5:00PM with flexibility. Work location is flexible with the expectation to available for in-person meetings and/or travel.
Working Conditions: Professional home office work environment, business hours with some early morning or late day calls and travel as required by the business, standing, and sitting. Ability to occasionally travel.
Salary: Average annual salary range for this position across our locations is: $80,000 to $100,000. Actual base pay within this range will be based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to the applicant’s geographic location, relevant experience, education, skills and licenses/certifications.
