Position description
Responsible and accountable for department operations, fiscal/financial management, quality, service, environment of care/safety, risk management, and human resource management. Supports the organizations vision, mission, goals and values.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree and 5 years’ work experience with demonstrated leadership abilities required. Registry in a Radiology technical field required for clinical operations supervisors (e.g. ARRT, RDMS, CNMT).
Active Wisconsin Radiographer License.Knowledge and understanding of general anatomy, physiology and medical terminology. Basic computer knowledge. Leadership, problem solving, verbal and written communication, and team building.
Additional qualifications
3 years experience as an R.T. R., preferred. We are seeking an individual with experience in supervising general radiology and/ or interventional radiology operations.
License or certification
Registered with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists. Current BLS certification or obtain within six months of hire.
