As an Officer, you will work alongside fellow management support professionals, or “MSPs,” who hold similar support roles on teams across the Development Office. As a Mass General Development MSP, you will be part of a dynamic cohort of individuals and have access to a variety of networking, professional development and leadership opportunities.

Qualifications
This position requires 2-4 years of experience and a bachelor’s degree. We are looking for someone who has been successful working in a fundraising office or as part of a team in a client-facing or relationship-building role.
