As an intern , you will work with the Human Resources team to support a number of efforts across employee learning and development, HR operations, benefits, on-boarding and internal culture efforts. This will give you the opportunity to learn how many aspects of Human Resources works within a fast growing organization. Interns will be able to develop a well-rounded view of how HR works to support and grow MarketAxess’ workforce. What You’ll Do Developing employee-related content for Intranet Researching potential vendor relationships Working with Human Resources and Marketing on executing employee engagement efforts Assist with new hire on-boarding Assist with employee relations and answer employee inquiries Special projects What You Bring to the Table Working towards Bachelor’s Degree, with a major in Human Resources or Psychology, graduating in May 2023 Highly focused, organized and detail oriented Excellent verbal and written communication skills Proven ability to take initiative Able to deal with ambiguity and changing priorities Additional Information What’s In It For You?
