Summary:
We are looking for an Executive Assistant to perform a variety of administrative tasks and support our company’s Founder/CEO. Executive Assistant’s responsibilities include managing calendars, making travel arrangements and overall support for the whole team. To be successful in this role, you should be well-organized, have great time management skills and be able to act without guidance. Ultimately, you will contribute to the efficiency of our business by providing personalized and timely support to executive members.
The Role:
• Managing the executive’s calendar, including making appointments and prioritizing the most sensitive matters
• Maintaining comprehensive and accurate records
• Performing minor accounting duties
• Organizing meetings, including scheduling and sending reminders
• Plan and organize company travel
What you bring:
• 5-7 years administrative or operating experience working for NYC paced senior executives in finance, law firms or management consulting.
• Project management skills required.
• Can handle a fast-paced environment.
• Remote ok but must be on ETD time zone.
• Results focused and proactive.
• Detail oriented and hyper organized.
• Confident in decision making and solutions oriented at all times.
• Handled international and domestic travel and have familiarity with frequent flyer mile programs as well as AMEX rewards.
• Professional maturity and steady demeanor.
• Dealt with key stakeholders in finance, luxury, and technology.
