LSF is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist who would like to make an impact in the lives of others.
Salary for this role is $50,000 -$55,000 annually, based on education and experience.
General Description:
The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for building a talent pipeline for all current and future hiring needs of the organization. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will identify, source and screen active and passive candidates for the organization. The Talent Sourcing Specialist will assist in developing a comprehensive, inclusive, and data driven sourcing strategy focused on both passive candidate recruitment and active candidate recruitment, utilizing a talent intelligence approach to identify trends and leverage knowledge, data, and the organizations values proposition to develop customized/robust sourcing strategies that are creative and innovative. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will guide candidates from pre application through hand off to the hiring managers, cultivating relationships with hiring managers and providing counsel throughout the hiring process.
