Permanent – £27,500 + Bonus + Company Vehicle + Overtime
OTE – £35,000 – £40,000 (+ fantastic other company benefits, excellent opportunities to learn, build skills and fantastic long term career progression)
We have an exciting new opportunity to join a market leading IT solutions provider covering enterprise clients across the UK and Ireland
You will join the team that provides the highest level of support to their customers and be involved in upgrade projects for a growing client base.
We are looking for a candidate that has excellent technical and interpersonal skills with, preferably with experience working for a IT solutions provider previously in a Video Conference/Audio Visual/Digital Installation Engineering role.

We are seeking a self-motivated and committed Installation Engineers to work in a team to setup and relocate Managed Print products, Smart Technology, signage/screens, printers/photocopiers and other tech products across the country and occasionally Ireland.
Installation Engineer Requirements/Responsibilities:
- Basic knowledge of computing and networking, Video Conference and Digital displays
- AV experience advantageous but not essential
- Install media screen framework and brackets onto walls using tools provided
- Ability to install and configure hardware, software and operating systems
- Full UK driving licence and ability to drive a van up to 3.5t
- Ability to troubleshoot and solve technical problems independently.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Enthusiastic and self-motivated
- Willing to work overtime where workload deems necessary (time and half in the week)
- Ability to stay away (with 3-5 days’ notice) – accommodation will be paid for
- Following standard procedures for proper escalation of unresolved issues to the appropriate external team.
- A Manual Driving Licence is Essential & an Enhanced DBS Check will be required
