As a C&S Resettlement Program Manager, you are a compassionate and humanitarian leader who will manage the C&S Resettlement Program (CSRP) for the company to ensure a smooth employee experience from Talent Identification to onboarding and training.
Full-Time, Hybrid Role
Job Description
You will contribute by:
Build relationships with key senior stakeholders to create a consolidated and ongoing view of strategic hiring needs for the CSRP.
Manage recruiting process to meet staffing goals for the CSRP within regional facilities, including working in partnership with the Talent Acquisition branding team to explore potential external opportunities, events, and partnerships to further C&S’s outreach efforts.
Partner with local stakeholders to manage and resolve employee relations for employees hired in the New CSRP.
Ensure that Operations Leaders are adequately trained and ready to manage the CSRP workforce in their facilities.
Monitor spending to ensure fiscal integrity and wise management of financial resources.
Develop and cultivate relationships with external vendors involved with housing, transportation, and other resettlement activities of CSRP employees.
Organize and participate in community outreach and educational events to build community awareness and encourage community engagement with refugee services and their support of the various programs in the office.
Travel Required: 25%

We’re searching for candidates with:
At least 5-7 years of experience in Human Resources in relevant roles. Previous work experience with refugees or immigrant communities is preferred.
Bachelor’s degree preferred or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Ability to establish credibility and influence leaders
Strong internal and external customer service focus
Ability to deliver outstanding results across the organization
Effective communication (verbal and written), negotiation, and presentation skills
Ability to work collaboratively across divisions, functions, and levels
Project management, analytical and organizational abilities
Ability to identify and handle priority and/or sensitive issues with discretion and a commitment to confidentiality.
Demonstrated ability to work independently with high comfort and skill, interacting with partner organizations and coordinating people and resources.
Ability to work in a multicultural environment required.
Bi-lingual Spanish is preferred.
