PURPOSE AND SCOPE:
Under direct supervision, the PT Staff Assistant I, College Relations performs standard administrative duties. Activities are routine and may be repetitive. Basic duties include receiving and logging information, making copies, sorting and distributing mail, preparing correspondence or basic documents, answering routine questions and inquires, providing information and directions and providing a customer friendly environment. This position also provides both written and verbal Spanish translation for the Department of College Relations at LSC-Kingwood. This position sometimes requires attendance at evening and weekend events, as well as coordinating certain campus outreach events with the President and Department of College Relations.
