* Set, in partnership with the VP of People, and drive the talent acquisition strategy for the organization.
* Develop recruiting plans and programs employing traditional sourcing strategies and resources, as well as developing and executing on new, creative recruiting methods
* Serve as a subject matter expert in talent recruitment and selection.
* Partner with, and coach, hiring managers through talent acquisition process; and work with the Learning & Development Manager as hiring manager identify training opportunities.
* Lead the development and execution of a recruiting and interviewing plan for each open position, including assistance with writing job descriptions/ads and pre-screening activities, interview scheduling, post interview/hire follow-up, etc.
* ATS administration, process development/documentation, and best practice.
* Network through industry contacts, college/trade school (e.g., UTI) contacts, association memberships, military, trade groups, career fairs and current employees to efficiently and effectively fill open positions, as well as develop a pipeline of candidates ahead of hiring needs.
* Manage Loftin Equipment Co.’s Careers Page, and overall social platform branding content.
* Manage and drive internship and early employment programs.
* Develop strong, effective, working relationships across the organization to lead and support managers and employees in the areas of talent acquisition.
* Maintain thorough records of all phases of the recruitment and hiring process, and regularly report against established KPIs (e.g., turnover, time-to-fill, NET new add per annual growth plans, etc.).
* Own and execute on project deliverables, meet milestones, and drive projects to completion.
* Act as a champion of our culture, Core Values, and Core Competencies and enable all employees, regardless of location, to be a part of the Loftin community.

*Qualifications/Experience/Education/Skills: *
* 5+ years of proven experience in the talent acquisition space; and, some experience in other areas of HR, a plus.
* 2+ years of leadership and management of a talent acquisition team, a plus.
* BS/BA in Business, Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field preferred.
* Highly proficient in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS); Paycom/UKG preferred.
* Highly proficient in Adobe Acrobat.
* Current knowledge of effective talent acquisition methods, in additional to the ability to be creative and innovative in this area.
* Experience in project management and budgeting.
* Experience with The Predictive Index a plus.
* Ability to travel up to 25% of the time.
* Highly competent in the use of Microsoft Office 360 and other Microsoft products/systems. Strong technical aptitude, including ability to learn new systems quickly and train/support team in adoption.
* Must be able to successfully pass a background investigation and drug screen.
