This role offers both hybrid and remote work options, meaning you can work from home and commute to a LinkedIn office, depending on what’s best for you and when it is important for your team to be together, or this role can be performed remotely in most locations in the country of employment.
We are looking for a Sr. Web Optimization Manager to accelerate our growth for LinkedIn Talent Solutions and LinkedIn Learning Solutions. In this role, you will be a conversion rate optimization, A/B testing, and personalization expert with experience in digital marketing focused on web channels. You will partner with a team of talented web marketers to deliver a high growth testing roadmap. You will identify areas of opportunity rooted in data and industry best practices, and develop test plans to optimize the web experience for our prospects and customers, and drive conversion rate improvements for LinkedIn Talent Solutions.
Your mantra is “Always be testing”: from A/B testing landing pages, targeting criteria & content placement, to optimizing self-serve purchase flows and lead generation forms, you’ll be the expert on audience conversion strategy and objectives. You’ll partner with marketers to understand the strategy and business needs and with Design, Web Dev, and Marketing Ops teams on UX enhancements. Generate test briefs, refine testing methodology and roadmaps across lines of business, and evangelize learnings.
LinkedIn is uniquely positioned to bring a personalized web experience to prospects and customers. Using business objectives, robust data, segmentation analysis, and a library of content, you’ll help make the LinkedIn Talent Solutions website more relevant and conversion-optimized.
LinkedIn thrives through our commitment to a culture of inclusion, belonging and authenticity. We recognize the value of diverse perspectives in our teams and culture. We champion workspaces and professional environments where everyone’s voice is heard, where all backgrounds are respected, celebrated and where you can be 100% you every day.
