This is not about painting a picture with the same brush, but rather understanding a client’s objectives and offering solutions catered to their specific needs.”
The Customer Success Manager is part of the LinkedIn Talent Solutions organization. This role is the most senior role in our CSM organization, focusing on our largest, more complex and sophisticated Staffing global clients. As such, this role is highly valued and critical to our success of the Search & Staffing Vertical. The objective is to be a trusted advisor and strategic partner to our global Staffing companies, working with multiple stakeholders internally and externally to drive strategy around the optimisation of our products, leveraging our data, providing thought-leadership advice; and helping our solutions become a mission critical, irreplaceable part of our clients’ sourcing process.
