We are hiring a Program Manager (Engineering Talent Programs) who will own, evolve, and execute the ongoing management of our REACH Engineering Apprenticeship program. You will be a key partner in driving the program in alignment with the business. You will partner across multiple orgs within HR and Engineering to hire, onboard, and grow non-traditional talent into our engineering org. While the primary focus of this role will be on the REACH apprenticeship program, this role will also have the opportunity to drive and support other Emerging Talent programs that invest in future talent for the Engineering organization.
Ideal candidates will have demonstrated program management excellence and partnered on complex, cross-functional initiatives. They are eager to jump in, try new things, and wear many hats. They must be at ease working cross-functionally, delivering under tight deadlines, and be comfortable working in a fast-paced ambiguous environment and working with talent of all levels.

Responsibilities
• Design and execute initiatives and provide support to REACH and other Engineering Emerging Talent programs that invest in developing future talent for the organization.
• Manage program plans and drive and facilitate as needed for program efforts and operations. Examples include centralized REACH promotions , apprentice onboarding, community events, participant surveys, and other strategic and rhythm of business initiatives.
• Navigate and partner with HR on nuanced, one-off, and/or difficult situations and conversations with program participants
• Draft and manage program communications and questions, and maintain various program websites.
• Own and monitor the budget across the REACH program.
• Leverage your understanding of the organization to help formalize and evolve recurring processes that are embedded into the rhythm of business
• Create and maintain best practices, resources, and playbooks that enable consistency and efficiency across the program.
• Build strong working relationships with cross-functional partners, including HR, Talent Acquisition, Communications, Finance, and others. Facilitate across designated teams to monitor dependencies and deliver program components on time
• Drive program evaluation against success criteria, identify opportunities for improvement, and escalate risks and issues as identified
• Partner with PM team and TA on other Engineering Emerging Talent programs.
Basic Qualifications
• 4+ years of project management or related professional experience
• Background in managing multiple, concurrent work streams of varying complexity
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional partners, including HR, Talent Acquisition, Communications, Finance, and others
• Experience working with talent of all levels in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and/or GSuite
Preferred Qualifications
• BA / BS degree or related work experience
• Ability to manage multiple projects and initiatives simultaneously with great attention to detail
• Ability to navigate difficult and nuanced talent-related situations and conversations
• Ability to logically and efficiently structure ambiguous problems and identify recommended next steps
• Ability to effectively manage time, prioritize tasks and work within deadlines with little supervision
• Comfort with presenting or facilitating in front of a large group
• Experience with talent development or DIBs programs
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a collaborative relationship building style
• Distinguished written and verbal communication skills
• Comfortable with taking initiative, working autonomously, and identifying solutions

The pay range for this role is $89,000 to $145,000. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location. This may be different in other locations due to differences in the cost of labor.
