This role will be based in Sunnyvale.

LinkedIn Media Productions (LMP) is LinkedIn’s in-house production agency that produces a variety of live and video content, including product promos, customer testimonials, member stories as well as live shows/series and event broadcasts.
As a Live & Video Producer you will be responsible for producing a range of high-quality, videos; leading the execution of live broadcast events and project managing cross-functional teams to deliver engaging and impactful media content. You will work alongside a team that values innovation, creativity, and technical acumen to deliver impactful media content for LinkedIn’s employees, customer and member audiences.
Responsibilities:
• Lead and project manage complex live and video productions from creative development to final delivery, including meeting key milestones and deliverable dates.
• Manage organizational and logistical tasks for assigned projects including budgeting creation, shoot scheduling, location scouting, crew assembly, travel arrangements, creating production schedules, call sheets, run of show generation, asset management, obtaining permits and releases, managing talent, technical crew supervision, control room oversight, gear rentals, set direction, lead rehearsals, tech checks, regular partner meetings.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned projects including advising and guiding content partners as well as leading communications and meetings with key stakeholders.
• Work closely with internal teams including multiple event crews, production, streaming, engineering teams as well as freelance production personnel and vendors
• Follow and implement LinkedIn brand guidelines and ensure all production and company rights, releases, policies and guidelines are followed
• Assist with maintaining internal project management systems, entering new resource requests, new project requests, updating calendars and schedules for productions, gear and studio bookings.
• Contribute to an atmosphere of collaboration with an emphasis on delivering top notch results.
• Consistently represent LinkedIn Media Productions in a professional manner whether working with executives, actors, non-professional talent, or team members.
• Availability and willingness to engage in potential travel in the future.
Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in film/television or equivalent practical experience
• 4+ years of professional experience in developing and executing live broadcast/video productions as a lead producer for a variety of audiences.
• 3+ years of demonstrated experience with studio and field productions, virtual and hybrid events, managing talent and crew and control room oversight.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Production agency and broadcast network experience is a plus.
• Organized and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Solid understanding of best practices related to scheduling, permitting, scouting, legal issues particular to production, and negotiating with vendors.
• Experience with the following tools, software and programs. Air Table, Frame io, StreamYard, Shoflo, Excel, Word, Microsoft Office, and Google Sheets.

The pay range for this role is $107,000 to $178,000. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location. This may be different in other locations due to differences in the cost of labor.
