This role will be based at our global headquarters in Mountain View, CA. This role, due to the business needs of the team, requires employees to be physically present in the specified office on a full-time basis. This helps to ensure you are best equipped to be successful and have the experience you need to fulfil the responsibilities of the role.

The Director of Global Food and Hospitality Programs is responsible for the strategic creation, management, implementation, evangelization and evaluation of all Global Food Programs and onsite team experiences. Furthermore, they will elevate communications leading to employee awareness of, and increased support of, all program activities resulting in a lasting impression for the employees of LinkedIn. All of this will be accomplished through management, monitoring, mentoring, and guiding direct reports and our 3rd party vendors to success.
LinkedIn’s Global Workplace Operations and Service organization is responsible for designing and delivering programmatic features and services that reflect LinkedIn’s culture to create an environment where people love to come to work, interact with their colleagues, and deliver exceptional results. We are looking for an extraordinary individual that has proven experience managing vendor partner relationships while creating engaging programs for our employees that relate to hospitality in an elevated way. Culinary operations, storytelling, financial acumen and strategic thought will be the primary focus for this individual while also promoting the objectives of our Workplace strategies. The Director of Global Food and Hospitality Programs reports to the Senior Director of Workplace Operations and Services and supports Cafés, Events, Catering, Onsite Team Experiences and Break Room Operations across LinkedIn’s offices globally.

The pay range for this role is $150,000 – $244,000. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location. This may be different in other locations due to differences in the cost of labor.
