The Business Manager will be responsible to assist the Vice President to improve processes, support strategic growth initiatives, and provide recommendations that leverage EPE capabilities in the industry. The ideal candidate will have a combination of skills in executive assistance, data analysis, and strong written and verbal communication, along with a bias for action and a strong sense of ownership. While an engineering degree is not required for this role, you must possess the aptitude and curiosity to learn our business, services and industry needs to be effective. This candidate should also have a passion for growth, execution, and value creation with unquestionable integrity.

Location: This position is open to Hybrid- Austin, Texas
Travel: Occasional travel may be needed (10% or less)
