The Home Health Certified Nursing Assistant is a paraprofessional member of the home care team, who work under the supervision of an Registered Nurse or Therapist and performs various services for a client as necessary to meet the client’s personal needs, to promote the client’s comfort, and a safe environment. The Home Health Certified Nursing Assistant is responsible for observations and the services provided.
Qualifications:
Completed CNA program and current on the Minnesota registry
At least 18 years of age and is a high school graduate or equivalent
Must have Drivers License and Vehicle
Must pass a MVR check based on Lifespark company policy
