Liberty Costa Rica Looking for Talent Acquisition Consultant at San José Metropolitan Area Full Time

We’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Consultant to compose our talented TA team and contribute to the growth of our organization.

As a Talent Acquisition Consultant, you’ll be responsible for filling in positions within a regional scope. You´ll be the first contact with one of the most important people for us, our future employees! Besides doing the activities of recruitment (such as competence interviews, screening, etc.) you´ll be involved in Regional Projects that contribute to the continues improvement of the TA strategy. This position has a high impact in our organization, since it’s supposed to represent our corporate values to understand our cultural fit.

What You’ll Do

• You will be a trusted advisor to hiring managers by understanding their business and their needs. You will work together to develop recruiting strategies for identifying, attracting and engaging talent for our growing organization.
• You will partner with internal stakeholders (PBP´s, Compensation Team, and Onboarding Team) to deliver a positive Team recruiting experience to candidates and clients.
• You will manage the full recruitment life cycle, including the development, tailoring and implementation of a proactive recruitment strategy based on the concept of pipelining and nurturing relationships with qualified candidates for current and future opportunities.
• Utilize innovative sourcing techniques and leverage technology to find active and passive candidates and establish a network of talent and resources.
• Manage the applicant flow process, coordinate interviews with scheduler and hiring manager to facilitate onsite interviews, and follow-up appropriately.
• Interview candidates and facilitate/participate in the selection decision process.
• Ensure recruitment efforts are conducted in a manner that is unbiased and compliant with all policies and legislation.
• Lead special recruiting-related projects at a regional or local scope.

Knowledge And Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business or related field
• 3+ years of recruiting experience; managing end to end processes.
• Adept user of Applicant Tracking Systems and LinkedIn Recruiter (desired).
• Strong MS Office skills including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
• Fluent in spoken and written English & Spanish.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to think critically, creatively and strategically.
• Meticulous attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
