The Director of Sales is responsible for representing the Leadpoint brand throughout the industry and achieving revenue targets through the acquisition of new accounts. Activities will include prospect outreach, lead
generation, sales and follow up visits, pricing and proposal development, attendance at industry tradeshows and other customer-facing events. This role is key in initiating contact and developing partnerships with new clients and ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty across Leadpoint’s existing customer base. The Sales Director manages the entirety of each sales cycle and is responsible for prospect/customer communications, sales collateral, preparing wage analysis and sales proposals, and Salesforce account management. This role also supports the needs of Leadpoint’s existing customers when necessary. This key member of the sales team must be results-oriented and demonstrate a high degree of self-initiative, urgency, integrity, and professionalism. This position reports to the Vice President of Business Development.

Work Environment
This job operates in a professional and collaborative environment with ongoing customer-facing interactions. This
role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers as well as integrated
systems including Avionte, Salesforce and the Microsoft Office Suite.
Physical Demands
While performing the duties of this job, the employee must demonstrate strong communication and listening
skills. The employee frequently is required to stand, walk, sit or climb stairwells during the normal course of
business including site visits. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally
lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
Expected Work Hours and Travel
This is a full-time position with a weekly schedule Monday through Friday, business hours of 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Up to
60% travel; evenings and weekends may be required for tradeshows, site visits and customer events.
Required Education And Experience
High School Diploma and experience in business, or other related discipline
Minimum of 3 years sales or operations experience (industrial services or waste/recycling/polymer
Industry Experience Preferred)
Excellent customer service skills
High degree of professionalism
Strong work ethic and self-initiative
Good decision-making skills
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Excellent organization skills
Technical competencies and proficient utilization of Microsoft Office Suite
