Job Description:
The successful candidate will lead strategic campaigns within the Autonomous Intelligence Solutions (AutoIntel) business area. They will work effectively with a cross-functional team of business development, program management, and engineering leadership that focuses on the AutoIntel Mission. The candidate will be pivotal to program execution, the development of pursuit and capture plans, business strategy, identifying and qualifying new business opportunities, and interfacing with customers to close on contract orders to meet annual operating and strategic growth plans. The successful candidate will have proven experience in capture of new business by either organic growth within existing programs or through shaping and capture of new business. The successful candidate will also have demonstrated the ability to lead a geographically dispersed team of high performing professionals while developing new talent within this business.
Essential Functions:
Identify, plan, and execute strategies relative to business capture for AutoIntel capabilities
Demonstrate a strong understanding of Geospatial Intelligence (GEOINT) imaging modalities and processing solutions and how they support customers mission
Lead business acquisition process milestone/gate reviews to include opportunity identification, qualification, pursuit, pre-proposal, and proposal processes
Plan and direct engagement activities in support of customer and industry related meetings and conferences as a thought leader for Geospatial capabilities
Support annual planning efforts for internal research and development, trade shows, marketing, and other customer engagement efforts
Work closely with business leadership within the Imaging Systems Division and across the Space Systems Sector
Develop and present executive level reports/presentations on business cases and sales performance
Act as customer contact for new opportunities and support program review sessions with customer to discuss cost, schedule, and technical performance
Frequently responsible for managing complex pursuits of strategic importance to the organization involving large cross-functional teams
Communicate within and outside of the organization to include customers and vendors Works to influence others to accept individual or teams views or practices and changes to concepts, practices, and approaches
Communicate with leadership regarding matters of importance to the functional or business area via senior leader briefings and other engagements
Maintain an integrated master schedule, managing development and test to a technical baseline as well as maintain an active and proactive risk management program
Develop technology roadmaps to achieve the business vision
Operate in a highly dynamic, fast-paced environment to align future program roadmap with customer direction
Prepare proposals, business plans, proposal work statements and specifications, operating budget, and financial terms/conditions of contract
Support and help facilitate program strategy and growth plans
Drive capture management efforts of additional scope and support technology roadmap and investment plans
Responsible for discretionary budget management and financial execution of programs/IRADs/CRADs
Active communication with key stakeholders (internal and external, including customers and vendors)
Display active leadership engagement
Establish accepting culture and strong team engagement and rapport
Proactive communication with team, direct reports (if applicable) and leadership
Communicate across levels of organization including creation and presention of briefings to executive leaders
Qualifications:
Active Top Secret/SCI Clearance
Bachelor’s Degree with 12 plus years of program/project management experience; Or, Graduate Degree with 10 plus years of program/project management experience; Or, in lieu of a degree, minimum of 16 years of prior related experience
Proficiency in building and managing technical development teams

Demonstrated skills in program management principles with the ability to excel in a cost and schedule constrained environment
Excellent verbal and written communication, interpersonal and collaboration, and presentation skills
Knowledge of ground processing products, software, and technology
Engineering or science background
Experience with customers within the Intelligence Community and Department of Defense – NRO, NGA, Space Force, etc.
Familiarity with end user communities
Willingness to engage across analyst and military organizations to enable adoption of new capabilities
Ability to clearly and succinctly convey information and ideas including strong executive communication and presentation skills
Strategic thinker with capacity to manage business complexity and to identify and focus on top priorities
