The Center for Student Success (CSS) is seeking an Associate Director of FLI Network (First generation and/or limited income students). The selected candidate will be a creative, team-oriented individual to support the social and educational experiences delivered via programming offered through the FLI Network, the hub for programming, communications and engagement for a growing, vibrant and diverse population of first-generation and/or limited-income (FLI) students on the Homewood Campus.
The position reports to the Director of the FLI Network and is responsible for the planning, development, and execution of summer and intersession programs aimed at enhancing student development, engagement, and retention. This position works closely with the Director to oversee program operations, coordinate logistics, and ensure the delivery of high-quality educational experiences to students year-round with a particular focus on summer and intersession experiences. As a key member of the programming team, this role requires confidence and poise in engaging a range of partners in the CSS and across the Homewood campus (faculty, staff, alum, and students). It also requires a considerable degree of independent action.
This role has a highly visible presence within the CSS and must possess a willingness and talent for engaging students, have experience in program planning, development, and implementation, and an appreciation for the student-centered mission of the Center for Student Success.
