As we expand, we’re looking for an Ice Machine Technician to fortify our MA/RI/CT market presence.
Position Overview: We are seeking a creative and dynamic Social Media and Video Content Specialist to enhance our online presence and showcase our brand through engaging content. This role involves building and enhancing our social media presence on common platforms, creating compelling video content, and capturing testimonials from our technicians and customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Social Media Management:
- Develop and implement a social media strategy to increase engagement and brand awareness.
- Create and schedule regular posts on platforms like Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and Instagram.
- Monitor social media channels for customer queries and feedback.
- Video Content Creation:
- Plan and produce high-quality video content, including testimonials, day-in-the-life features of our technicians, and customer feedback.
- Edit and refine video content for clarity, engagement, and brand consistency.
- Brand Storytelling:
- Craft compelling narratives that highlight our company’s strengths and values.
- Collaborate with team members to capture authentic stories and experiences.
- Analytics and Reporting:
- Track and analyze social media metrics to gauge the success of campaigns.
- Provide insights and recommendations for content improvement.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in social media management and content creation.
- Strong skills in video production, editing, and storytelling.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with social media analytics tools.
- Passion for creating engaging and informative content.

Rate: $20-35/hr based on experience
