A great opportunity to grow your experience in a wide range of disciplines. The role:As an IT Support Engineer, youll play a crucial role as part of the Front Office Triage and Instant Support team. You will be the first point of contact for customers, ensuring their issues are promptly addressed. Collaboration with the engineering team is essential to resolve tickets quickly and maintain high quality service. You are entrusted with the responsibility of proactively understanding and addressing issues, performing triage of calls, and executing efficient escalation processes. Your role extends to closing tickets without the need for escalation, showcasing your commitment to resolving challenges promptly and independently.

Customer Focus: A customer-centric approach with a genuine interest in helping end-users and ensuring their satisfaction. Technical Aptitude: Basic understanding of computer hardware, software applications, and network fundamentals Certifications: While not mandatory, certifications such as MS900, Network +, CompTIA + or ITIL Foundation will be beneficial. Education: A levels, relevant coursework or certifications in IT support are advantageous.
