We are a dynamic and innovative force in the construction industry, is on the lookout for a Regional Manager who can lead, inspire, and drive our mission to new heights.
We are not your run-of-the-mill construction company; we are trailblazers in the field, specializing in open trench and trenchless installations of deep large diameter pipeline utilities, as well as the construction of water/wastewater treatment facilities. What You’ll Do
As a Regional Manager, you will be the driving force behind our business operations within an assigned region. Your mission? To lead, manage, and inspire your team, ensuring the achievement of business goals and the maximization of profitability. In this pivotal role, you’ll provide guidance to management staff in your region, set performance objectives, evaluate and optimize operational performance, and uphold regulatory and company standards.

Achieving Excellence You’ll be the driving force behind our business goals and revenue targets.
Operational Maestro You’ll oversee daily operations, expertly manage budgets, and set performance objectives that keep us ahead of the curve.
Team Catalyst Lead by example as you recruit, train, and support our general managers, conducting regular performance appraisals to ensure our team’s success.
Architect of Growth Develop and implement business, marketing, and advertising plans that propel our brand to new heights.
Master Negotiator Handle internal and external stakeholder relations with finesse, expertly negotiating contracts that open doors to new opportunities.
Efficiency Champion Plan, evaluate, and optimize operations to ensure they are efficient and cost-effective, making every dollar count.
Quality Assurance Ensure our products and services not only meet but exceed regulatory and quality standards.
Guardian of Standards Uphold our company’s standards and procedures, ensuring that every aspect of our operation is in harmony.
Financial Wizard Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual statements, analyses, and reports of operations and finances that paint a vivid picture of our success.
Customer Advocate Deal with escalated customer issues, incident reports, and legal actions with empathy and a firm resolve to find the best solution.
Safety Ambassador Safety is a shared responsibility, and you’ll ensure it’s at the forefront of our operations.
Qualifications
To thrive in this role, we’re seeking a seasoned professional with
A minimum of 15 years of management experience, ideally within the construction industry.
A wealth of knowledge with at least 10 years of industry experience.
A track record of successfully establishing, coordinating, and leading project teams.
Exceptional leadership and decision-making skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
