Job Details
Provide comprehensive support to the Chief Executive Officer, managing scheduling, event coordination, and travel arrangements.
Offer confidential administrative assistance, including expense reconciliation, note-taking, and project support.
Coordinate complex scheduling, calendar management, and information flow to senior executives and staff.
Represent the CEO Office to both internal and external stakeholders, handling inquiries and requests professionally.
Support knowledge-sharing initiatives across the organization through documentation and dissemination.
Assist in the preparation for Board of Directors meetings, including report compilation, materials preparation, and on-site meeting support.
Foster effective communication with leadership, Board members, and staff, cultivating collaborative relationships.
Qualifications
Exceptional time-management skills, adept at organizing and coordinating multiple concurrent projects.
Ability to maintain confidentiality regarding company and employee information.
Minimum of seven (7) years of experience supporting executive-level leaders, with a preference for education-related expertise.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with expertise in formatting, editing, and proofreading.
Ability to interact professionally with internal and external stakeholders.
Strong organizational and analytical skills.
High self-motivation, ability to work independently, and make informed decisions.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite; experience with Concur, Box, Smartsheet, Adobe Acrobat, Survey Monkey, and Google Mail/Calendar is a plus.
Bonus
Knowledge of nonprofit organizations is advantageous.
