SUMMARY: The Human Resource Manager will lead and direct the routine functions of the Human Resources (HR) department including but not limited to: recruitment, payroll, benefits, leave administration, employee relations, and enforcing company policies and practices. This position will provide assistance/leadership in the absence of the VP of HR as well as provide the partnership with Safety Leadership as needed.
