* Drive compliance, performance management, policies, and liaison to other HR functional areas.
* Problem solve and resolve associate grievances and complaints
* Policy interpretation and application
* Analyze data and effectively make critical decisions, Present technical data and metrics in a clear and concise manner
* Effectively resolve EEO complaints and litigation
* Develop and implement nonexempt (peak) recruiting and retention programs
* Become involved with community resources to support public relations, talent acquisition, and associate relations programs
* Facilitate focus groups and other communication forums
* Evaluate and discuss each direct reports job performance using objectives quarterly; identify, coach, train and promote HR associates with promotional potential

Requirements**

* 4 Year College Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or related study, or 3-5 years of HR Generalist experience
* HR Certification preferred – SHRM CP
* Knowledge of Federal, State and Local labor laws
* Highly proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) required; Workday experience preferred
