Position Summary

The purpose of the People Operations Generalist is to assist the Manager of People Operations and their team in developing, implementing, and managing strategies to promote a highly engaging and positive employee experience. This position’s responsibilities may encompass the employee experience (onboarding and off boarding), knowledge management, benefit administration, leave administration, policy administration and assisting in the day to day operations of the People Operations Department. This position will collaborate with Talent Acquisition and the People Operations team to execute a variety of administrative and coordination responsibilities. The People Operations Generalist advocates for employees and ensures their long term success through people development in support of Nava’s values: Be Active Stewards, Pursue the Root Cause, Think Long-Term, Build Together, Inclusion is Essential and Progress Takes Work.
