We are seeking a highly-motivated, experienced clinical Talent Acquisition Partner to join our growing team in the Greater Nashville Area! Our ideal candidate will be deeply committed to cultivating a first-class candidate experience, building our brand, and shaping our employee culture.
*This is a Hybrid role with 2 days in our Brentwood Office.
ABOUT THE ROLE
The Talent Acquisition Partner manages the full cycle of recruitment for clinical and corporate job openings. This is achieved through the development of local and national recruiting plans, employing traditional sourcing resources, as well as developing new and creative recruiting strategies. The Talent Acquisition Partner provides a hands-on approach to recruiting by supporting hiring managers in securing the best possible talent. They also assist in promoting the Infusion Express culture and manage ongoing activities and initiatives within the organization to support the mission, vision and values.
