Overview:
INTECON, LLC is seeking a highly motivated Admin Support Specialist to provide user interface management, workflow assistance, governance implementation, technical specifications creation, help desk support, and system maintenance.
Key Responsibilities:
The Contractor shall provide advice, recommendations, and documentation to improve the KMO SharePoint sites. The Contractor shall provide the following support:
a) Assist in the administration of SharePoint applications and other information systems, including user interface, workflow, web parts, and back-end processing solutions.
b) Assist in the administration of SharePoint web applications using recommended, compatible, and other tools.
c) Assist in the administration of, and manage content, forms, and workflow in SharePoint and other information systems.
d) Assist in the administration of lists, sites, and document libraries
e) Assist in the administration of and institutionalize governance and policy for KMO use of SharePoint as an organization.
f) Maintain key components of the software suite using classic Active Server Pages (ASP), Microsoft.net and SharePoint.
g) Implement SharePoint-based workflows as well as develop dashboards.
h) Work with the CIO/SharePoint team to create technical specifications to include prototypes, proof of concepts, use cases, sequence diagrams, etc.
i) Provide production technical support for investigation and resolution of requests related to the support of existing SharePoint, Microsoft.net and other applications.
j) Create collaborative portals between user groups and sites between client and others.
k) Participate and provide technical assistance in any/all SharePoint upgrades and migrations.
l) Manage the daily functions of SharePoint.
m) Provide help desk support for KMO personnel including access control and technical support requests. Requests from personnel shall be responded to within 8 business hours from the time they are received.
n) Provide data entry for all KMO systems
o) Liaison with vendor-support as needed to troubleshoot and solve access issues.
p) Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Over 7 – 8 years of experience and an MA/MS degree.
