Inspira Health Looking for RN – FT – 8:30a-5p- Pre-Admission Testing – Mullica Hill at Mullica Hill, NJ Full Time

Must be able to demonstrate knowledge and skills necessary to provide care appropriate to the age and condition of the patient. The RN uses the principles of growth and development and physical assessment to develop a plan of care which incorporates these principles. The RN must have the ability to implement the plan, to supervise others with the implementation and assess its effectiveness. The RN must be knowledgeable of the policy and procedures of the department and delegate appropriate procedures and supervise their implementation by others. The RN is responsible for the coordination of patient’s care.

Education & Experience

• Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing with current licensure in the State of New Jersey as required by law. You must be enrolled within six months of hire or rehire in a CCNE or NLNAC accredited BSN or MSN program (or foreign equivalent) with a graduation date that falls on or before the employee’s third employment anniversary date into a nursing position. *
• BSN or MSN graduates preferred.
• *Grandfathered Exemption of Educational Requirement:
• Hired on or before June 1, 2013 – IMC
• Hired on or before August 4, 2015 – IMCW
• One year of full-time RN nursing supervisor and/or RN administrative experience in a licensed healthcare facility required.
• Twelve months of full-time experience in clinical nursing.
• 6 months of experience in providing nursing care to patients on maintenance dialysis.

Certification/ Licensure

• Must possess and maintain a current license in the State of New Jersey as a Registered Nurse.
• BLS required.
• Certified Nurse Nephrologist National Certification preferred
