The Child Mind Institute Development department is seeking a highly organized and energetic professional to join our team as a Special Events Coordinator. Under the supervision of the Special Events Manager, the Special Events Coordinator will manage logistics involved in executing two major annual West-coast fundraising events – the Golf Tournament and the Fall Luncheon – plus various research-driven events and donor cultivation events throughout the year. As a key member of the Development team, this individual will play an important role in producing successful events that support the Child Mind Institute’s mission to transform the lives of children struggling with mental health and learning disorders.
Reporting to the Special Events Manager, this is an exempt, full-time position located in our NYC headquarters office.

The anticipated salary range for this position is $60,000 – 75,000 annually. Salary is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications, and geography.
