The Role
Inizio is seeking an experienced diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging leader with a demonstrated history of corporate impact. As Global Head of DEI, you will lead DEIB initiatives across a global, tiered, and complex organization. You will help author Inizio’s enterprise-wide strategy and work with other DEI Business Unit leaders to further shape the strategy to achieve our company’s goals and commitments. You will be the key strategic partner to operational and functional leaders at Inizio and across its Business Units, supporting the execution of key business objectives and ensuring alignment, execution, and accountability. You will also be a key thought partner and voice of influence to Inizio’s top Executives, Investors, and Board.
This role will report into Neil Jones, Corporate Development Director and be based in North America. Remote working is available, with periodic travel to our major hubs in Yardley (PA), New York City, London and Dublin.
The anticipated base salary range for this position is $250,000 to $325,000.This base salary range represents the low and high end of the salary range for this position in NYC, California, and Colorado. This range may differ based on your experience and skill set, geographic location, and cost of living considerations.

Role Responsibilities
You are a creative, innovative, and strategic thinker with the gravitas to influence, mobilize, and enact change with Business Unit and Corporate leaders. You see this work as a strategic driver of business success and as core to the sustainability of individuals, organizations, and communities at large. Specifically, you will:
Initial position KPI’s may include increasing diverse headcount, measuring inclusion and belonging though employee engagement surveys, lowering turnover and increasing recognition and promotions among our underrepresented talent populations, etc.

A leadership background in Operational functions such as HR, Organizational Development, Marketing and Communications, Learning & Development or Compliance, is a plus.
