The Role
As the Director of Business Development, you will focus on uncovering new business for sales, including MICE, corporate, leisure and social for Miraval Resorts & Spas in North America. You will lead efforts to implement new strategies to increase sales and revenue for Miraval Resorts & Spas through strategic planning and development of new group wellbeing business and the expansion of the existing group wellbeing business.
Position is eligible for Hyatt’s Sales Incentive Plan for qualified referrals that are sent to hotels outside existing Miraval relationships as outlined in the program guidelines.
